What you want to know before you start
Which countries do you cover?
We work with selected local suppliers. The Coverage menu shows current destinations; if yours is missing, write to us and we will source a price from our network.
How are prices set?
For each vehicle type the best offer is chosen from supplier prices and API providers. The price you see is net; you can add your own margin in the portal.
How does payment work?
Approved companies work on account and pay with one invoice. Your client can also pay a booking by card.
What are the cancellation terms?
Every offer states its free cancellation period. After that a cancellation fee applies; the terms are also shown on the voucher.
How long does an API integration take?
With a test key you can try quotes and bookings the same day. Going live follows a short checklist.
I run a transfer company. How do I join?
Choose "Supplier" in the application form. After approval you enter your prices in the supplier portal and receive jobs.
